If anyone knows what it's like to live in the public eye, it's Steven Evans. Charismatic and desirable, Steven is the golden boy of prime time TV. With adoring fans and the curious media at every turn, he has somehow managed to keep his relationship with Alex secret for four years and his various lovers from Alex for just as long. When Alex announces he wants to be a parent, it launches both of them onto a whirlwind journey from Melbourne to Vegas, the adoption agency to the internet and from hope to disappointment. When the desperate cry from a pregnant street girl, Nerine, comes their way, it seems as if this might be the chance they've been waiting for.
