Where the four-wind directions change lives foreverWhat does the change in wind direction mean for you? In Greek mythology winds are immortals choosing the air as their bodies, each ascribed with a cardinal direction and weather condition. 'Tequila Diamonds' devises four stories of psychological and philosophical elements, each discovering the importance of family and adult decisions that we make through life. We travel with the wind direction via a solitude weather vane situated on a mountain peek, peering over the sea. Each direction enables a new story and mythological meaning to enter the film were eventually all lives collide at a fisherman wharf, one summer morning. Beginning with a kinetic, life changing car chase, Tequila Diamonds imaginatively interweaves back through the stories of its four narratives. Single mother Somer is caught in a love twist with abalone diver Taylor and heroin addict pro surfer Ray Jurey; American property developer Andrew Stampton, looses his wife, family, friends, and investments due to fraud charges; Detective Annabel Curlo and Detective Frank Peters investigate a string of murders tarnishing the horse racing industry; and fisherman Rob Turner turns to alcohol drinking heavily with his dog Terry after his wife's accidental death. Each narrative offers complex philosophical questions about the individual within, touching on the moral bases of love, career, relationship and family. The film has a high level of intensity and spiritual representation. When the four winds arrive, could these clear decisions be the right or wrong conclusion?
